Chi Dung Walter
The YouTube channel “ChiDungWalter” is something that has been with me since childhood. At first, I only created it as a simple way to upload family videos - like a digital archive of our memories that wouldn’t take up storage space, haha - instead of using apps like Google Drive or Google Photos. Later on, I started uploading more videos, including ones I filmed myself.

Back then, travel vlogs were extremely popular on YouTube. I could spend an entire day watching vloggers explore places all around the world. That’s when my passion for traveling started to grow. Every time I had the chance to go somewhere, I would record everything. From then on, my phone became my inseparable companion. Wherever I went, I would take it out, start recording, and talk to it in my awkward way - imitating those vloggers as I described every place I visited. It might have looked silly, but at that time, I felt like I was talking to my future self - to the “Chi Dung” of tomorrow.
At first, I only uploaded raw footage. But after watching more and more travel vlogs, I became curious about editing - experimenting with cutting, transitions, color grading, and storytelling. Through countless trials, switching between different editing software, and learning new techniques online, I eventually developed my own editing style - something that people could instantly recognize as a “ChiDungWalter” video.
One thing that makes my videos quite unique is their length - they’re very long. I want them to feel like a full film, not just short clips. Because of that, my videos are quite niche; maybe only my dad and I have the patience to sit through them from beginning to end, haha.
